H1N1 Destroying UV Wand

I’m not sure if I can actually believe that this H1N1 Destroying UV Wand is for real, or whether it is just a plan to cash in on the paranoid people that are scared to death of getting the virus. Supposedly it kills 99.98% with just 5 seconds of waving the wand around. All seems a little extreme to me. $70.
