Bacon Jam

I know I’m about a week late on this one, but as they say, better late than never. Bacon Jam seems like the perfect condiment for just about anything. Imagine, having bacon on your sandwich that you bring to lunch everyday, without actually having to cook bacon everyday (although the smell of bacon being cooked is pretty awesome). I can imagine this would be great for peanut butter and bacon sandwiches or as a dip for crackers as well. $17.
